ABOUT DR. JIMENEZ
Dr. Jimenez specializes in both Internal Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine. He was born and grew up in Santo Domingo, DR and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Jimenez received his medical degree from UNPHU (Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena) and completed his Internal Medicine residency in Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, program at Jersey City Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine by ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine).
He has been involved in training Family Medicine Residents for West Kendall Hospital - Florida International University since 2013. His hospital affiliations include Doctors Hospital, Baptist Hospital, South Miami Hospital, and West Kendall Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Jimenez has been involved in the community in multiple ways, including his position as former president of the DOHCAF (Dominican Healthcare Association of Florida) for five years.
